Fluent builder constructing a request to DeleteStreamingDistribution
.
Delete a streaming distribution. To delete an RTMP distribution using the CloudFront API, perform the following steps.
To delete an RTMP distribution using the CloudFront API:
-
Disable the RTMP distribution.
-
Submit a
GET Streaming Distribution Config
request to get the current configuration and theEtag
header for the distribution. -
Update the XML document that was returned in the response to your
GET Streaming Distribution Config
request to change the value ofEnabled
tofalse
. -
Submit a
PUT Streaming Distribution Config
request to update the configuration for your distribution. In the request body, include the XML document that you updated in Step 3. Then set the value of the HTTPIf-Match

request in Step 2. -
Review the response to the
PUT Streaming Distribution Config
request to confirm that the distribution was successfully disabled. -
Submit a
GET Streaming Distribution Config
request to confirm that your changes have propagated. When propagation is complete, the value ofStatus

Implementations§
source§impl DeleteStreamingDistributionFluentBuilder
impl DeleteStreamingDistributionFluentBuilder
sourcepub fn as_input(&self) -> &DeleteStreamingDistributionInputBuilder
pub fn as_input(&self) -> &DeleteStreamingDistributionInputBuilder
Access the DeleteStreamingDistribution as a reference.
sourcepub async fn send(
self,
) -> Result<DeleteStreamingDistributionOutput, SdkError<DeleteStreamingDistributionError, HttpResponse>>
pub async fn send( self, ) -> Result<DeleteStreamingDistributionOutput, SdkError<DeleteStreamingDistributionError, HttpResponse>>
Sends the request and returns the response.
If an error occurs, an SdkError
will be returned with additional details that
can be matched against.
By default, any retryable failures will be retried twice. Retry behavior is configurable with the RetryConfig, which can be set when configuring the client.
sourcepub fn customize(
self,
) -> CustomizableOperation<DeleteStreamingDistributionOutput, DeleteStreamingDistributionError, Self>
pub fn customize( self, ) -> CustomizableOperation<DeleteStreamingDistributionOutput, DeleteStreamingDistributionError, Self>
Consumes this builder, creating a customizable operation that can be modified before being sent.
sourcepub fn if_match(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
pub fn if_match(self, input: impl Into<String>) -> Self
The value of the ETag
header that you received when you disabled the streaming distribution. For example: E2QWRUHAPOMQZL
.
sourcepub fn set_if_match(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
pub fn set_if_match(self, input: Option<String>) -> Self
The value of the ETag
header that you received when you disabled the streaming distribution. For example: E2QWRUHAPOMQZL
.
sourcepub fn get_if_match(&self) -> &Option<String>
pub fn get_if_match(&self) -> &Option<String>
The value of the ETag
header that you received when you disabled the streaming distribution. For example: E2QWRUHAPOMQZL
.
