Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

high: Option<i32>

The index to stop the substring at, exclusive. Negative numbers count from the end. -1 is the last character of a string.

low: Option<i32>

The index to start the substring from, inclusive. Negative numbers count from the end. -1 is the last character of a string.
