Pagination/filter query for listing runs.

Fields

offset: usize

Number of items to skip.

limit: usize

Maximum number of items to return.

thread_id: Option<String>

Filter by thread ID.

status: Option<RunStatus>

Filter by run status.

id_prefix: Option<String>

Backend-level scope filter: keep only runs whose thread_id starts with this prefix. Pushed down so a scoped listing never scans the full run table of a shared backend (ADR-0042 scope boundary). None means no prefix filter.
