Which of a clip’s media streams an EffectKind applies to (#1712).

A clip keeps one ordered effect list (Clip::effects) for both domains, so effect ids, enable/disable, reordering, undo history and descriptor are shared machinery. Each derive path selects its own domain (see Clip::video_effect_chain and Clip::audio_effect_chain), preserving the relative order within that domain.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Applies to the clip’s video frames.

Audio

Applies to the clip’s audio samples.
