The author’s username

body: String

The comment body text

file_path: Option<String>

The file path if this is a file comment

line: Option<u32>

The line number if applicable

is_review_thread: bool

Whether this is a review thread (vs conversation comment)

thread_id: Option<String>

The thread ID for review threads
