会话选项构造器：拼出 crate::Model::create_task_session 的 session_options 参数要的 JSON 字符串。

JSON 形如 {"options":{"session_len_sec":100.0,"graph_capacity_mode":"grow"}} （嵌套形状，与 crate::Request::to_json 同款——shim 只读嵌套 "options" 对象，扁平键会被静默丢弃，见 audio-cpp-sys/capi.cpp）； 空选项序列化为 {}。未知键用 SessionOptions::option 自由扩展 （shim 对未知键同样静默忽略，键名请核对 session 常量）。
