An issuer’s token signing keys, looked up by kid.

fn key<'a>( &'a self, kid: &'a str, ) -> BoxFuture<'a, Result<Option<VerifyingKey>, KeysUnavailable>>

Resolves kid. Returns Ok(None) when the issuer has no such key and KeysUnavailable when the keys cannot be obtained at all.
