Marks the exact end of a reusable prompt prefix. When ttl is omitted, the breakpoint inherits the request TTL. The boundary is not rounded to a token block.

ttl: Option<PromptCacheBreakpointTTLEnum>

The minimum lifetime of this cache breakpoint. Defaults to the request TTL.
