Events which are submitted by the fetcher.

Variants

`ContentLength(u64)`

States that we know the length of the file being fetched.

`Fetched`

Notifies that the file has been fetched.

`Fetching`

Notifies that a file is being fetched.

`Progress(u64)`

Reports the amount of bytes that have been read for a file.

`Retrying`

Notification that a fetch is being re-attempted.
