Struct CapMask

Runtime capability mask, mirror of the type-level CapSet.

Used by crate::cx::Cx::current to honor the innermost restriction pushed onto the thread-local restriction stack. Unlike CapSet, which is a zero-sized type marker checked at compile time, CapMask is a runtime value that travels with the cx returned from current() so an ambient lookup cannot escape the narrowing applied by an outer set_current_restricted or push_restriction.
