Expand description

The condition of one of the seven planets.

Fields§

§essential: EssentialDignity

Its essential dignities.

§sect: &'static str

“diurnal” or “nocturnal”: the Sun, Jupiter and Saturn are diurnal; the Moon, Venus and Mars nocturnal; Mercury is diurnal when oriental, nocturnal when occidental.

§in_sect: bool

Whether its sect is the chart’s.

§above_horizon: bool

Whether it is above the horizon.

§solar_phase: Option<&'static str>

“cazimi”, “combust” or “under_beams” when close to the Sun; None otherwise (and for the Sun).

§orientality: Option<&'static str>

“oriental” (rising before the Sun) or “occidental”; None for the luminaries.

§motion: &'static str

“fast”, “slow” or “stationary”, against the planet’s mean daily motion.
