Detected by "lastUpdateId" key with no "e" field. Some deployments emit partial book depth streams (<symbol>@depth5/10/20) in this REST-snapshot-like format. On V3 docs, partial depth streams emit the depthUpdate format instead and deserialize as DiffDepthEvent.
