Record of a file read operation

Tracks when a file was read and its content hash at that time. Used by EditTool and WriteTool to validate file state.

Fields

path: PathBuf

Path to the file that was read

read_at: SystemTime

Timestamp when the file was read

content_hash: String

Hash of the file content when read (for change detection)

mtime: Option<SystemTime>

File modification time when read

size: u64

File size when read

line_count: Option<usize>

Number of lines in the file (for text files)
