Assert a function Ok(…) is greater than another.

Pseudocode:
(function1(param1) ⇒ Ok(a) ⇒ a) > (function2(param2) ⇒ Ok(b) ⇒ b)

  • If true, return ().

  • Otherwise, call panic! with a message and the values of the expressions with their debug representations.
