A single runtime invocation with private output and temporary directories, in the author’s own environment. The caller owns the run directory and retains its contents for receipts/pruning.

Resolved artifact cwd; defaults to the canonical workspace.

Prepare literal argv. The command inherits the caller’s environment except artifactize’s own ARTIFACTIZE_* variables. Each invocation gets independent 0700 output and temporary directories below external run_dir.
