pub enum RootError {
NonFinite,
Zero,
NoSignChange,
}Expand description
Why a root query has no answer.
Variants§
NonFinite
A coefficient, a bracket end, a tolerance or a function value is
not finite (a negative tolerance counts), or the coefficients are
so far apart that the root bound overflows f64.
Zero
Every coefficient is zero: every x is a root.
NoSignChange
The function has the same sign at both ends of the bracket, so the bracket is no bracket.
