Descriptor for a dynamically allocated memory buffer that contains the memory transaction descriptor.

Used by FFA_MEM_{DONATE,LEND,SHARE,RETRIEVE_REQ} interfaces, only when the TX buffer is not used to transmit the transaction descriptor.
