InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Struct InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Source
pub struct InMemoryIdempotencyIndex { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

In-memory IdempotencyIndexHashMap-backed. Suitable for tests and Tier-0 dev; the PG-backed production implementation lands alongside the L2 service layer.

Implementations§

Source§

impl InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Construct an empty store.

Source

pub fn insert( &mut self, key: [u8; 16], entity: EntityId, tick: Tick, ) -> Result<(), DedupError>

Insert a new (key, entity, tick) binding. Rejects with DedupError::Conflict if the key is already bound to a different (entity, tick) pair. Idempotent re-insert of the same binding is a no-op success.

Source

pub fn len(&self) -> usize

Number of keys currently held.

Source

pub fn is_empty(&self) -> bool

true iff no keys are held.

Source§

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter<'_>) -> Result

Formats the value using the given formatter. Read more

impl Default for InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Source§

fn default() -> InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Source§

impl IdempotencyIndex for InMemoryIdempotencyIndex

Source§

fn lookup(&self, key: &[u8; 16]) -> Option<(EntityId, Tick)>

Look up a prior assignment of key. None indicates the key is unused (callers may then insert).
