Computes eigenvalues and eigenvectors of an n×n self-adjoint matrix A.
Data layout (A, V slices) is specified by the order field;
a backend that does not support a given order returns
BackendError::InvalidArgument.
Outputs: W (n real eigenvalues, ascending), V (n×n eigenvectors)
