How this host runs a connector that is a grain rather than a command (#185).
Host config, never in the file, for exactly the reason --allow-executor
is host config on the run path: a bundle carries the connector’s code, so a
permission arriving in the same bundle as the code it authorizes is not a
permission. A trigger may name any Definition it likes; nothing runs unless
this host pinned its address.
Absent (None on the evaluator) means a trigger naming a connector
Definition refuses with TRG-E012 — the same fail-closed shape as a due
polling trigger with no --connector-cmd.
Fields§
§allow: Vec<String>Content addresses this host will execute — --allow-executor, the
same comma list and the same meaning the run path gives it.
cache_dir: Option<PathBuf>Where a pinned blob is materialized (--executor-cache).
sandbox_cmd: Option<String>The areev-sandbox runner, argv-split by the executor. Required for a
wasm32-areev/wasm32-areev-io connector, which is the shape this
exists for; a native pinned blob runs without one.
timeout: Option<Option<Duration>>Per-invocation wall-clock ceiling (--executor-timeout), in the run
path’s tri-state: None leaves the executor’s own default standing,
Some(None) waits forever on request, Some(Some(d)) overrides.
env: Option<EnvPolicy>Environment policy for a NATIVE pinned blob. The sandbox clears its
environment regardless — see CodeExecutor.
db_locator: Option<String>The memory’s locator, so a connector declaring {"blob": {"read": true}} can be served by the per-poll broker. The evaluator holds the
memory while a connector runs, and the broker’s blob read deliberately
does not open it — it goes to the .blobs sidecar, or to one
short-lived Postgres connection of its own (#202).
