pub enum CrashPoint {
AfterIntent(u32),
BeforeResult(u32),
}Expand description
A deterministic crash-injection point — the §5.5 gate-2 mechanism (deterministic injection, never sleeps): the driver aborts at a precise spot in the intent→result protocol, leaving exactly the on-disk state a real crash there would leave. Production callers never set this.
Variants§
AfterIntent(u32)
Abort immediately after writing the nth intent (1-based), before its dispatch: the effect never fired; the intent dangles.
BeforeResult(u32)
Abort after the nth effect COMPLETED but before its result is journaled: the effect fired in the real world; the intent dangles — the exact window §5.3’s redelivery contract exists for.
