Lifecycle status — a rebuildable index-layer cache (the recommendation’s content hash is stable for its whole life).

The engine withdrew it: every grain it cited has moved (#317).

Distinct from Expired, which says “time ran out”, and from Rejected, which is a human decision. A reviewer was being offered — and could approve — findings whose entire evidence had been superseded by a different value or retracted, and applying one then produced a recommendation to revert it on the next pass.

Reachable from Pending and Approved, by the ENGINE only.
