Fully specified path.

XDG cache directory: $XDG_CACHE_HOME/<app>/<name>.

name defaults to cache.db when None. The application name is derived from the executable file name.

WorkDir(Option<String>)

Current working directory: ./<name>.

name defaults to cache.db when None.
