PEFT adapter configuration matching the HuggingFace PEFT schema

This struct serializes to adapter_config.json format that can be loaded by peft.PeftModel.from_pretrained().

Fields

peft_type: String

PEFT method type (always “LORA” for LoRA adapters)

r: usize

LoRA rank

lora_alpha: f32

LoRA alpha scaling parameter

target_modules: Vec<String>

Target module names for LoRA adaptation

lora_dropout: f32

LoRA dropout rate (0.0 if not used)

bias: String

Bias handling: “none”, “all”, or “lora_only”

base_model_name_or_path: Option<String>

Base model name or path (optional)

task_type: Option<String>

Task type (e.g., “CAUSAL_LM”, “SEQ_CLS”)

fan_in_fan_out: bool

Fan-in/fan-out setting

inference_mode: bool
