LocalWithSeed

Each node splits locally with same seed (simple, no coordination)

Fields

Random seed for reproducibility

train_ratio: f64

Training set ratio (0.0 to 1.0)

GlobalStratified

Stratified across nodes - coordinator sees only label distributions
