Scoring categories per §29.1:

  • Performance: 40 pts (GFLOP/s throughput)
  • Efficiency: 25 pts (backend utilization)
  • Correctness: 20 pts (assertions, numerical accuracy)
  • Stability: 15 pts (CV < 5%)
