Comparison operators in DSL predicates.
In / NotIn are intentionally absent: the DSL spec §2.4 has them as
value_key in set_key — both sides are attribute references, not a
key-vs-literal shape. They’ll land as a dedicated Condition variant
when the parser arrives.
