Enum ContentClass

Source
pub enum ContentClass {
    Reply,
    New,

    Dm,
    Channel,
    BulkSend,
    Broadcast,
    Mutation,
}
Expand description

The closed content-class vocabulary (§7.1.6), as a TYPE.

Same repair, same reasons as ChannelKind above: the wire field is a String and nothing refused values outside the closed set. See that type’s documentation for the full account.

Variants§

§

Reply

Wire value Reply.

§

New

Wire value New.

§

Mention

Wire value Mention.

§

Dm

Wire value DM — both letters uppercase on the wire.

§

Channel

Wire value Channel.

§

BulkSend

Wire value BulkSend.

§

Broadcast

Wire value Broadcast.

§

Mutation

Wire value Mutation — this act CHANGES STATE rather than carrying a message (RFC 0002). It is required to match at both the mandate and envelope layer (§6.2), so a notarized mutation is recorded as one inside the signature.

Implementations§

Source§

impl ContentClass

Source

pub const ALL: [Self; 8]

Every member of the closed set, in §7.1.6 order.

Source

pub fn label(&self) -> &'static str

The exact wire spelling. Exhaustive on purpose.
