Serialized lexer action attached to an action transition.

These actions are grammar-independent operations generated by ANTLR’s lexer commands (skip, more, type, channel, pushMode, popMode, and mode). Custom embedded actions are represented but intentionally inert until a generated semantic-action hook exists.
