MCMC chain diagnostics gate (ESS / R-hat / divergences).

Applicable only when the posterior was produced by an MCMC backend (InferenceDiagnostics::factorization == Mcmc).

Maximum acceptable split-Ř.

§min_ess: f64

Minimum acceptable bulk ESS.

§max_divergences: u32

Maximum acceptable divergence count.
