§rpcmci: Rpcmci

RPCMCI configuration (alternating_iters should be 0 for fixed labels).

§assignment: RegimeAssignment

Caller-supplied regime labels (no unsupervised search).

§replicates: u32

Bootstrap replicates.

§block_size: usize

Block length.
