Transparency log API errors.

These errors map to HTTP responses from the TL API:

• 404 → NotFound
• 5xx → ServiceUnavailable
• Parse failures → InvalidResponse
• Network/HTTP errors → HttpError

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Badge not found (HTTP 404)
