Parameters for RobustScaler (unfitted state).

Scales features using statistics that are robust to outliers. Uses the median and interquartile range (IQR = Q3 - Q1) instead of mean and standard deviation: z = (x - median) / IQR

Fields

with_centering: bool

If true, center data by subtracting the median.

with_scaling: bool

If true, scale data by dividing by the IQR.
