Variants

Rollback

Removed: automatic rollback (delete the run’s release tags, revert the version-bump commit). Rejected at config load (validate_on_failure_not_rollback) — re-running anodizer release converges on already-published state, and anodizer tag rollback handles deliberate withdrawal. Kept as a parseable variant so the validator can name it explicitly in the migration error rather than failing an opaque deserialize.

Hold

Leave everything in place for forensics; exit nonzero with a pointer at anodizer tag rollback.
