SEP-2663 tasks extension settings for one MCP server.

Declaring the extension tells the server it may answer a tools/call with a task handle instead of a result. The provider then polls tasks/get until the task reaches a terminal state, so a long-running tool does not have to hold its response open for the whole run. The tool call still blocks until the task finishes or max_wait_secs elapses.

Fields

max_wait_secs: u64

Longest one tool call waits for a task to finish, in seconds. Defaults to 300, and is clamped to at least 1 second and at most a day. On timeout the task is cancelled best-effort and the call fails.
