pub struct ToolsGroups;Expand description
Lists the capability groups available to the model as a compact directory.
This is the top of the discovery funnel: the model sees which related tool
bundles exist (one MCP server, the filesystem tools, …) without paying for
every tool schema, then expands a chosen bundle with tools_select’s group
argument. Registered as a built-in agent with label “flash”.
