Modules§

action: Trusted four-way decisions and native, fenced external dispatch. No adapter is installed by default. A DecisionRecord is never authority.

assess: Online memory diagnostics and typed, read-only KIP observations.
attention: Durable discovery and bounded attention work. The directory is a hint, not cognitive truth or execution authority. One live host owns each storage shard.
consequence: Authenticated observation receipts. Receipt acceptance, native persistence, learning eligibility and positive consequences are different statements.

product: Typed product projections for trusted Rust hosts. These methods do not authenticate an end user: the embedding application must enforce its owner and source visibility policy before returning any data to a client.
recall_budget: Opt-in, host-owned Recall selection and serialization budgets.
recall_receipt: Off-graph delivery receipts. A receipt proves what the host delivered; it proves neither actual use, truth, causal contribution nor permission.
runtime_api: Credentialed product access to durable attention and independent observations. Installation is a trusted host capability; ordinary API bodies cannot grant it.
