Struct Clocks

Source
pub struct Clocks {
    pub ceiling: Option<u64>,
    pub silence: Option<u64>,
    pub lock_wait: LockWait,
    pub extended: Option<u64>,
    pub scale: u64,
}
Expand description

The budgets one wait is judged under — the inputs to judge that do not move while the command runs.

Fields§

§ceiling: Option<u64>

amont.timeout; None when off.

§silence: Option<u64>

amont.idleTimeout; None when off or when nobody watches the output.

§lock_wait: LockWait

amont.lockWait.

§extended: Option<u64>

The bound a declared wait falls back to when lock_wait says “until the ceiling” and the ceiling is off: the extended silence budget, None when silence is off too.

§scale: u64

amont.idleLoadScale: how far the host’s load may stretch silence; 1 means not at all.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Clocks

Source

pub fn ceiling_only(wall_secs: u64) -> Clocks

The ceiling alone: inherited stdio, where nobody sees the bytes.

Source

pub fn from_settings(settings: &Settings, idle_secs: u64) -> Clocks

Every clock, from the settings. idle_secs is the silence budget the caller resolved (0 = off).
