Refused(Vec<Refuse>)

One or more paths are not ours to write. Every refusal is carried, not just the first: somebody about to run --force should see all four.

Preflight

A failure before any destination was touched — an unbakeable path, or a staging write that could not happen (no space, no permission).

Swap(SwapFailure)

Staging succeeded and a rename did not. The only failure mode that can leave a directory partly written, which is why it carries the lists.
