None

NotSampled

A command is attached but its CPU is not sampled here (amont.idleCpuCredit false, no silence budget, or the platform): silence alone counts.

Unmeasured

Sampled, but nothing fresh to report (not quiet long enough yet, or the last snapshot was incomplete).

Busy(u32)

Measurably working, at this many thousandths of a core.

Idle

Measured under the busy threshold.
