A pass from before candidates were stored, or one a person overruled.

The ruling on each listed candidate that has one. A ruling names its candidate by the full id or by a prefix that only one listed id has.

pub fn excerpt(&self) -> String

The journal excerpt for how the reviewer disposed of the listed ids.

pub fn to_json(&self) -> Value

The stored form, kept in a pass file.

pub fn from_json(stored: Option<&Value>) -> Reviewed

Reads the stored form; a pass from before it existed reads as Reviewed::not_recorded.
