Latency / token deltas, already in the designed wording (+5.20s, -300 tok) so no painter reinvents the sign/units convention. Mirrors AttributionView’s split: the terminal flattens the parts to one line, the web pane can lay them out as separate elements.

total: Option<String>

Whole-run totals, when at least one of latency/tokens has data on both sides.

at_fork: Option<String>

The delta at just the diverging step, when the fork lands on a synchronous pair.
