Sequential Read + Seek adapter over any BlockRead.

Holds the parent by value. Use:

• BlockReadStreamer<MyDevice> to own a concrete device.
• BlockReadStreamer<std::sync::Arc<dyn BlockRead>> for shared ownership.
• BlockReadStreamer<&dyn BlockRead> (or &MyDevice) to borrow.

Current byte offset within the device.

Borrow the wrapped device.
