FramePixels

Enum FramePixels

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum FramePixels { Rgba8(Arc<[u8]>), LinearF16(Arc<[u16]>), }
Expand description

A frame’s pixels, rows packed without padding, in the precision its source has. Shared, never copied, with what the source keeps: a frame a source answers again (a still, a frame it holds) costs no copy.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Rgba8(Arc<[u8]>)

Premultiplied, sRGB-encoded RGBA8.

§

LinearF16(Arc<[u16]>)

Premultiplied linear-light RGBA as IEEE 754 half floats (their bits), in BT.709 primaries with 1.0 at SDR white; values above 1.0 and below 0.0 are kept.

Implementations§

Source§

impl FramePixels

Source

pub fn byte_len(&self) -> usize

The bytes the pixels take.

Source

pub fn rgba8(&self) -> Option<&[u8]>

The RGBA8 pixels, or None for another precision.

Source

pub fn linear_f16(&self) -> Option<&[u16]>

The linear half-float pixels, or None for another precision.
