Expand description

The GPU the renderer drives.

Fields§

§adapter: String

The adapter’s name.

§backend: String

The graphics backend.

§driver: String

The driver’s name.

§driver_info: String

The driver’s version and details, where the platform gives them.

§tier: &'static str

a (an adapter meeting all of WebGPU) or b (a downlevel one).

§intermediate_format: &'static str

The intermediate texture format every picture is stored in, decided apart from the tier: rgba16float wherever the adapter renders, filters, and copies it, rgba8unorm elsewhere.

§max_texture_dimension_2d: u32

The largest 2D texture side.

§timestamp_queries: bool

Whether passes are timed on the GPU.

§texture_budget_bytes: u64

The idle-texture pool’s byte budget.
