Expand description

An environment variable a workload reads from a vault-native deployer secret when it starts.

Fields§

§name: String

Environment variable name.

§vault_key: String

Key in the secrets vault.

§secret_name: String

Full name in the secret store (the Kubernetes Secret on Kubernetes).

§vault_name: Option<String>

The Azure Key Vault that holds it. Other stores resolve secret_name in the workload’s own account or project.

§label: String

The input’s label, for the “missing:

§required: bool

Whether the workload must not start without it.

§version: Option<String>

The secret store’s version of the value when the workload was configured. Overwriting the secret changes it, so the next update restarts the workload, which then reads the new value.
