One OpenAI model qualified through the Gateway’s direct-provider route.

OpenAI’s account model listing also contains embeddings, image, audio, moderation, realtime, and other APIs. Keep this list explicit so GET /v1/models never claims that an observed provider model is callable through Chat Completions or Responses when it is not.
