TLS policy used when building a Postgres connection string.

Variants§

§

Disable

Plain TCP, no TLS (Local or an explicit BYO opt-out).

§

VerifyCa

Require TLS and verify the server certificate against a trusted CA.

§

VerifyFull

Require TLS and verify both the trusted CA chain and the dialed hostname (BYO / External default, Aurora, and Flexible Server).
