AttemptTraceContext

Struct AttemptTraceContext

Source
pub struct AttemptTraceContext(/* private fields */);
Expand description

Opaque caller trace correlation, limited to 1024 UTF-8 bytes and required to be non-blank.

Implementations§

Source§

impl AttemptTraceContext

Source

pub fn new(value: impl Into<String>) -> Result<Self>

Preserves the supplied UTF-8 correlation after validation.

Returns InvalidAttemptCorrelation for blank text or text exceeding this correlation type’s byte limit. Whitespace is used to detect blank values and is otherwise preserved.

Source

pub fn as_str(&self) -> &str

Returns the original validated correlation text.
