RandomWalkResult

Struct RandomWalkResult

Source
pub struct RandomWalkResult { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Result of a random-walk computation.

Implementations§

Source§

impl RandomWalkResult

Source

pub fn max_path_length(&self) -> usize

Maximum number of edges requested per walk.

Source

pub fn paths(&self) -> Result<VertexIds<'_>>

Dense row-major vertex path matrix.

The row count is the number of start vertices and each row contains max_path_length() + 1 vertex ids. Native cuGraph uses a negative sentinel in later columns when a walk terminates early.

Source

pub fn weights(&self) -> Result<Option<ScoreValues<'_>>>

Dense row-major edge-weight matrix, if the input graph had weights.

Each row contains max_path_length() edge weights. Unweighted graphs produce no native weight column and return None.

Trait Implementations§

impl Drop for RandomWalkResult

Source§

fn drop(&mut self)

Executes the destructor for this type. Read more
Source§

fn pin_drop(self: Pin<&mut Self>)

🔬This is a nightly-only experimental API. (pin_ergonomics)
Execute the destructor for this type, but different to Drop::drop, it requires self to be pinned. Read more
